Pop Up

How to unblock popups in your broswer:

In Firefox when you click on "Refer Friends", you may see an information bar which is a pale yellow bar just above the web page content and below the toolbars. This bar may warn you that a pop-up has been blocked.

Internet Explorer:

By default, Internet Explorer displays pop-ups that appear as a result of you clicking a link or button. Pop-up Blocker blocks pop-ups that are displayed automatically (without you clicking a link or button). If you want to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups, follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.

  2. Click the Tools button, click Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.

  3. In the Address of website to allow box, type the address (or URL) of the website you want to see pop-ups from, and then click Add.

  4. Repeat step 3 for every website you want to allow pop-ups from. When you are finished adding websites, click Close.

Google Chrome:

Google Chrome prevents pop-ups from automatically appearing and cluttering your screen. Whenever the browser blocks pop-ups for a site, the blocked pop-up alert icon appears in the address bar. Click the icon to see the pop-ups that have been blocked or to manage pop-up settings for the site.

See pop-ups for a specific site

To see blocked pop-ups for a site, follow these steps:

  1. If pop-ups have been blocked, you'll see the blocked pop-up alert icon in the address bar. Click the icon to see a list of the blocked pop-ups.
  2. Click the link for the pop-up window that you'd like to see.
  3. To always see pop-ups for the site, select "Always show pop-ups from [site]." The site will be added to the exceptions list, which you can manage in the Content Settings dialog.

Safari's pop-up blocker is integrated into the browser, much like the pop-up blocker for Internet Explorer. To disable the pop-up blocker:

  1. Open the Safari menu and select the Preferences option.
  2. In the window that displays, click on the Security option.
  3. Remove the checkmark from the Block pop-up windows option.
  4. Close the window.

Once this is done, then you should be able to use the online system properly. Once you are finished using the online system, you can go back into the above window again to turn on the pop-up blocker.
