To prevent catching a cold I recommend NR Glow or Echinacea and Thyme.

When you first think you are getting a cold Try Lympha Rub immediately. We recommend keeping some in your purse or at work for quick and easy access.

If you think you are actually coming down with a cold (but you haven't got it yet) Try Viramune or Triple Echinacea and Golden Seal.

If it's too late and you are already sick Go for Scout Out during the day, Flu Away (for the achy sore to the bone kind of flu) before bed, and Lungs Plus during the night (to keep you from coughing so you can get your sleep).
