Gurmar (Latin: Gymnema sylvestre)
Specific herb to increase insulin production in pancreas.
Helps to regulate blood glucose levels and enhance glucose tolerance.
It also helps normalise metabolism in the tissue responsible for digesting sweet, oily and heavy substances.
It can be used for both types 1 and 2 diabetes. Gurmar regulates the craving for sweet food and helps to reduce an excessive appetite. CONTRA INDICATIONS
