Boneset, also called Thoroughwort, is commonly found in the meadows and damp grounds of North America. It has documents use by Indigenous folks throughout the continent. As the name suggests, it has been used for broken bones. However, herbalists have found other herbs to be more effective for broken bones and boneset to be valuable for much more! It is most often used internally in teas, tinctures, and capsules.
