Shipping & Returns

Priority Shipping (Ships within 24 hours):
If you select the "Ships within 24 hours" option, your order will ship USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of the order placed. This is only applied to business days (Monday - Friday). If you select "Ships within 24 hours" on the weekend, your order will ship out Monday morning.

International Shipping:

Due to international food supplement laws, we currently do not ship directly to customers internationally. However, here is a solution that some of our customers have found. If you have a friend in the United States, who agrees to ship you products to your current international address, use their domestic United States address for your shipping address for your order.

 

Returns:

At Trilight Health, your satisfaction is our priority. This is our Return Policy. If you have a problem or any further questions, please email us or call us at (971) 225 - 0588, 9:00 - 4:00 PST, Monday - Friday.

 

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). If possible, please write this number on the outside of the box.

 

 
  • Most non-clearance, non- specialty ordered products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date.
     
 
  • Clearance and specialty ordered products products may be returned only when defective and within 30 days of your product's shipping date.
     
 
  • The shipping date is available in your My Account history.
     
 
  • We no longer ship International orders; as of July 2003 there are no returns for international orders.
     
 
  • If it is our mistake, call us and our intention is to fix it by replacement or clear up the misunderstanding. Usually there is no shipping charge.
     
 
  • If used or opened, please explain on phone or email the reason for return (often we can fix the problem immediately); then include in return box a short note about the return with the RMA# on the note. We appreciate knowing what happened so we can fix any future problems for our customers.
     
 
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
     
 
  • If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.
     
 
  • Trilight reserves the right to refuse an RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned product. Depending on the type of RMA, Trilight may or may not pay shipping on the RMA.
     
Special Returns Policy. Some products must be returned to the original manufacturer after the 30 day return period. (i.e.: nebulizing diffuser). Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for return.
