I love Tri iron! I have 3 girls who are menstral and they all take it one week before and during their cycle. This helps with dizziness, weakness and all over tiredness that comes with anemia. I have personally used it for years.

Since I have a blood disorder (H.S.) that leaves me cronicly anemic Tri-Iron was a life saver while I was pregnant. Since it is plant based it helps build up the iron with out all the constipation and is very effective at boosting those iron levels. No problems with constipation either like other supplements.

Review:
After the birth of my 4th baby, my hemoglobin plummeted to the point that I couldn't get up off the bed without almost passing out. Within a few days of taking Tri Iron, I was able to get up and move around for extended periods of time. My midwife was amazed at how quickly the results came! If I am blessed with another pregnancy, I will be sure to start taking this right away and all through my pregnancy!

Review:
When pregnant with my 4th child my iron levels kept dropping no matter what we tried. Under the guidance of my midwife I started using Tri Iron. It was our last hope before having to try some prescriptions or have the midwife not be at the delivery. It worked! If we are blessed with another pregnancy, this is the first thing I will try and not the last!
