Answer: This will depend on the dosage and frequency needed. Most of our customers buy the 8 oz size and purchase the"flip cap for 8 oz bottles" to replace the safety cap. Having the 2 oz bottle is very handy as it has as dropper tip under the oversized cap to make taking it with you very easy. Most customers refill the 2 oz bottle from the 8 oz or 32 oz bottles.
