Suggested Use:

Flew Away - Helps relieve symptoms related to cold and flu to help you sleep better. It really helps you wake up feeling rested.
- 1 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) in 1 cup warm water 1 hour before bedtime or as needed.

Lungs Plus - Use this one to help suppress your cough, so you can get some rest.
- 1/4 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) straight or in water every 3 hours as needed.

Triple Echinacea & Goldenseal - This is a very strong and effective formula to fight sickness.
- 1/4 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) straight or in water every 3 hours as needed.
