- Use 1/4 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) straight or in water every 3 hours as needed.

Sinus Minus - Use near the end of cold/flu if you need to dry up the sinus cavity where mucus and bacteria hide. It will penetrate, loosen, then start to dry up.
- 1/4 teaspoon (per 25 lbs. body weight) straight or in water every 3 hours as needed.

Throat Care - Antiseptic throat gargle, effectively soothes and relieves sore throat from coughing. Plus it tastes wonderful!
- As an antiseptic throat gargle, coat throat with 1 teaspoon 3-6 times per day or as needed.
